Check-ins / Check-outs
Check-ins:
Check-ins begin at 2pm
After hours check-ins are accepted
Check-out
Must be checked-out by 10am
Leave room tidy (dishes washed, bins empty, personal belongings removed)
Notes:
You may make a special request to check-in early / check-out late. These requests will be reviewed by our staff and a decision made based on availability.
After hours/self check-ins will automatically accepted for any guests that haven’t arrived by the time reception closes. A text (standard), OTA message or email will be sent with a code to access our key collection safe. You will find your key clearly labelled with the main booking name.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy states that guests who cancel within 14 days of their expected arrival date will be charged a deposit equal to that of their first night’s accommodation. Guests who cancel before the 14-day non-refundable window will be entitled to a full refund of any funds that have already been paid for their booking.
Bookings cancelled within the 14-day non refundable window may, however, take advantage of our 6-Month Credit Scheme. This allows for the booking to be rescheduled to any date up to 6 months after the original date. The initial amount paid as a deposit will be credited towards the new booking. Please note: credit will only be offered to cancellations made more than 24 hours before arrival and outside peak periods.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of the rooms at Oxley Cove Apartments — this includes smoking on the balconies. and indoor common areas. Smoking is only accepted in designated smoking areas which can be found around the property, and will be clearly marked as “Smoking Areas”.
Smoking policy applies to all forms of smoking including:
Cigarettes
Vapes / E-cigarettes
Illicit Drugs
If there is evidence of smoking in the rooms/balconies/indoor common areas a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to the guest.
Pets Policy
Oxley Cove has a strict no pets policy. This includes guide dogs and other such disability-aid pets. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest if this policy is breached.
Noise & Behaviour Policies
Our property maintains a no party policy to ensure the comfort and relaxation of all guests. Our quiet hours are from
10pm - 7am. Excessive noise or disruptions caused during this window will result in a fine (up to $200). If a guest breaches the party policy and/or the quiet hours policy their booking may be terminated immediately and fines applied (up to $200).
Parking
Both on-site and off-site parking (street parking) are free 24/7. The on-site parking is unallocated, however, only one car per apartment is permitted. Please note that there are less parking spots than there are apartments, this means that during busy periods there may not be on-site parking available. We do not reserve parking spots for any guests.
